Help finding "Truth" Casement Hardware

I am in need of either two new handles and the post to turn them, or two new entire case operators. They say "Truth" on them. Thank you

We can help, but new handles won't fix this, I'm afraid. Your "worm gear" is missing, and that can't be repaired. We'll need to see a picture of the operator out of the window. If that's not possible, open the window and point your camera down so we can see the operator and its arms at once.

Please find attached a picture of the opener.

The operator has the number 40354 and Truth.

The arm shows 20544
