Help finding WINDSOR WINDOWS LOCK

I'm afraid the label itself doesn't tell me anything about the hardware used on your window. It appears that you need a keeper, but this is too damaged for me to identify by design, either.

Would it be possible to see an undamaged version? Can you also tell me its thickness, as well as the distance between the two installation holes? Make sure to measure from the center of each hole to ensure accuracy. Written dimensions would be the most helpful, as it's usually very difficult to ID precise size from just a photo of a tape measure.
