Help finding a drawer slide attachment

Good morning,
Can you please help me find this drawer slide attachment that hooks to the inside of the cabinet and contains the slide rail. I have attached pictures.

The dimensions are:

Length of piece in picture 2 (including peg) is roughly 2"

Width of unit in picture 1 (only slide slot portion) is 1 and 1/8"

Width of the whole unit in picture 3 (the back side that attaches to the cabinet, 1 peg is missing) is roughly 1.5"

I will need several of these attachments!!! Many have broke or are failing. In pictures 5, you will see how the slide rail fits into this attachment.

Please let me know if you have this part or something similar that would work.

This is the old Merillat drawer socket. I'm very familiar with it. They don't make this anymore to my knowledge, but many customers in the past have told me that our 32-119 works well as an alternative.

Just note that this does not install using plugs, like yours. You'll need to either staple it in place or drill new installation holes for screws.
