Help finding a reaplacement for this broken window part

After talking to one of your representatives, I have taken the following pictures to show you what the window looks like now with what I believe is the broken part. Is there a replacement part that I can receive from Swissco that would help me correct the issue and have an operating window? Thank you ,Michael

Thanks for reaching out to us, Michael. Please take a look at our 15-015 pivot shoe. Look over the measurements to see if they are compatible with yours.
