Help finding a reaplacement for this broken window part

A quick learner from Wenonah,nj says:

After talking to one of your representatives, I have taken the following pictures to show you what the window looks like now with what I believe is the broken part. Is there a replacement part that I can receive from Swissco that would help me correct the issue and have an operating window? Thank you ,Michael

Thanks for reaching out to us, Michael. Please take a look at our 15-015 pivot shoe. Look over the measurements to see if they are compatible with yours. You may also want to look into purchasing our 75-006 charging tool to help you install your spiral balance in the pivot shoe. We placed some helpful media guides on this page for you to review.
