Help finding a top sash guide that will fit

I have been searching for days to no avail. Can you help me find a top sash guide that will fit my windows? the bottom width is 5/8" the overall length is 2 1/4", the top width is 7/8". I need several. See photo for more information. Thanks.

This looks like a match for our 18-171, though ours lacks that top cap. You should still be able to use it regardless, but there will be a gap at the top corners of your window.

Thanks, I will give them a try. To compensate for the dust cap missing I will use a piece of white duct tape to cover the hole. If they can work on my windows I will order several more. Thanks again.
