Hey, Jack, thanks for posting. Take a look at our S390-28 and S390-22, with a 2730 and 2130 option, respectively. Does the Series 390 look good to you? Make sure all the dimensions match, including the bottom shoe.

I guess we're getting close.
I see the 2730 & 2130 options to choose. What does the option mean?
Also, are you simply bringing up Series 370 as a possible alternative to your first suggestion?

My apologies--I meant to say Series 390. Saying 370 was a typo on my part. Sorry for the confusion.
As for the options, they help determine what weight sash your two balances can support. Check out the respective product pages for both the S390-22 and S390-28 to see their Option Charts, which list the weight range for each option. If you aren't sure that our recommendations are correct, I recommend that you weigh your sash by removing it from the window and placing it on a scale.
