Help finding balance for my window

Question

Right balance has numbers: D 41 7427 785. Can't really make out if the 4 is the number 4 or a #. Other numbers 11600-3 U.S. Pat. No. S; another number 3.335.455 1967 CAN Dimensions are Length: 6 1/8th inches by width 2 7/8th inches. Thickness 3/4 inch.

Left balance has numbers: D 37 7#27 5-85 Dimensions same as right one.
