Help finding biltbest lock

Question

I am looking for either the mirror of this Biltbest window lock or something that can replace both of these locks. The window locks are stamped with BILTBEST STE GEN R62

I don't believe this old lock from Bilt Best is still available. I would suggest taking a look at our 38-075 lock and 38-089 keeper and see if you can adapt these to your window. I can't be sure they will work, but they appear to be our best matches.
