Help finding casement extension joint

Question

I have a customer installed awning windows for and the hall is to narrow for the pole to be able get enough of an angle to crank it open. Looking for a spline with a double u-joint possibly.

User submitted a photo of skylight hardware.

Thanks for posting. Take a look at the 39-338 along with the 39-339 and see if this is what you are looking for.
