Help finding double rollers

I have a tandem roller set that needs replaced. The serial number on it is a 3.67 0.357 and when I put it into your system, it comes up a single drawer so I need help finding a tandem roller with this number on it or a tan roller that fits mine I exceed 10 rollers in your system that fit the description of mine and they look good but I don't know whether I have an inch an eighth or an inch and a Quarter.

Thanks for reaching out to us. The issue here is that those serial numbers are not product codes. They're miscellaneous manufacturer marks that are pretty much only useful to the people who made it.

There is no convenient code, number, or stamp that will tell you what roller you need. That's why we provide this service: physical comparison is the only means by which to successfully identify a repair part, especially patio door rollers.

You need to remove the roller from the door and take a clear photo of the back end, top, and sides. You also need to take detailed dimensions to use as reference in case there's more than one potential match. Your dimensions must be precise and written; a photo of a tape measure won't be sufficient.

This is the only way to identify this kind of part. Set an afternoon aside and get an extra pair of hands to help you take the door down and then put it back up.
