Help finding new balance

We can replace this balance, but it will have to be a special order. Before we begin, can you tell me what the stamp printed on the metal channel reads? Can you also confirm the length of the metal channel itself (not counting the nylon ends)? Finally, how many did you need?

Thanks for getting back to us! Yes, the window sash weight is important, but your stamp actually tells us what you have. We also recommend replacing both at the same time. Besides that, 2 is our minimum for special orders, so that's as low as we can go anyway.  I'll email you an order link and price quote for 2 right now.
