Help finding parts to order

Hi, I have two roto operators that have failed. Both are marked EntryGard Truth. Both have smaller arm length of 4.5 inch and longer arm length of 9.5 inch:Right roto operator has 20810Left roto operator has 31538If you could let me know what parts to order, I would appreciate it. I also need a new cover and crank handle. Thanks!
