Help finding replacement

I have these old windows and the cord is frayed and about to snap on one. I need the replacement. I'm hoping you can help. And any tips on installing the new one ?

I submitted a "part finder" post reference number
D303581. I forgot to include this number that I found on the back of the channel. It say "S 153"
