Help finding replacement coil

Question

My window uses dual coil balances as shown in the images. Two of the coils broke on my window(one on each side) and I'm not sure what the right replacements would be, all the coils are stamped with a number 4 and are 1/2 inch wide.

Which coil could replace these?

I'd also like to know if replacing the two broken coils will be fine or if all four should be replaced?

Hello! Based on your pictures, I recommend our S190-440 coil spring. We recommend replacing all four springs. That will make sure they work as optimally as possible.
