Help finding replacement latches

I recently purchased a house that was built in 2006. All windows have this latch. There is no catch installed in the window, but the latch catches on the groove in the frame of the upper window. All windows are single hung.

The latches appear to be made of cast aluminum and a significant number have cracked and the pulling device has come off.

I'm looking for a compatible replacement. I have about 50 windows that need current or future replacement.
