Help finding replacement operator

Similar to the customer who posted back in sept. 2017, I am in need of a replacement for my 1717r awning crank. After taking all the dimensions I purchased your 39-025.... but it was a no go ( picture attached). I would greatly appreciate a call so that we can figure out which one I need to purchase. I'm sorry to hear that the 39-025 wasn't a match. Can you go into more detail on why it didn't work? Can you also tell me exactly how your dimensions differ from our 39-025? Finally, please show me a clear picture of your old operator's link arm. It is obscured in your photos.

Unfortunately, this isn't a photo of the link arm. We need to see the joint in the arms that stick out of the back of the operator; the part that attaches to the window.

Ben - Please show me where someone asked for a picture of the link arm,! Not sure what the link arm has to do with external screw hole positions and height of the crank...... here is your requested picture. Hopefully this gives you what you need. I have previously sent all the external dimensions and the model nbr of the original crank. For the record your xx-3025 is temporarily installed so that I could close my window......

I had asked for a picture of the link arm back on the 30th. You can scroll up to see my response. I also do not see any dimensions of your old operator in your posts, so I'm still not sure what the major difference is. Just by eyeballing your photos, it looks like the top hole is offset and the link arm is much longer. Start by looking at our 39-061, which has an offset top hole and a link arm that more closely matches your style.

Hi. I resent the dimensions 2 times..... did they ever get through to you? You had suggested I look at 39-061 but that was without you having the dimensions I need..... I hate to buy another one to find it is not the right one...
Please let me know that you received the dimensions..... I had also sent them via email to the customer care email about 2 weeks ago. Thanks for the feedback

I'm afraid I can't find any other messages. I'm not sure what the problem may be. You don't need to purchase an operator to see if it will work, though. We list detailed dimensions for the 39-061 on all our product pages that you can use as a reference. I will also post them here for you to go over. I think at this point this is your best bet. Just look over our measurements to see if they match.
