Help finding replacement part

Can you help me find a replacement for this part. The string and hook are missing.
The channel length is 34 inches.
It's a little hard to make out, but I think the part is stamped: "33 5 AO CALDWELL"

Thanks for reaching out to us. We can help with this. Can you also show us a photo of the inside of the metal channel where the innerspring connects to the pulley mechanism? That'd be located in the middle of the channel.

Great, thank you! Based on the photos you've uploaded, you can use the S380-34 or S385-34. The difference between these two parts is the depth of the bottom shoe as shown below. You will also need to select the 3350 stamp option for your replacement balances.
