Help finding replacement rollers

Need replacement rollers. I would REALLY like to know who is my door mfr. but for know I need to know which rollers I need.

Housing casing width. 11/16

Housing casing height 1 1/8

Nylon shell dia. 1.2”

Length of casing 4 5/8

Your roller appears to be a match for our 81-018. Look it over and let me know if you agree.

I can't ID your manufacturer based on this roller alone, though. These are used for tons and tons of different brands.

I believe our present rollers are plastic. Wondering if steel wheels are better (and why)

Steel wheels last way longer since they're less prone to cracking. The downside to steel wheels is that they don't hold up as well in a salt air environment, but considering you're in Texas that shouldn't be an issue.

I'm not sure I understand what you're asking. The 81-018 that I already recommended is steel. Were you looking for something different?
