Help finding this digit code

I cannot seem to find a 3-digit code or a # code. I have the following numbers:
R2 14L 3-85
R2 14R 3-85
Please see attached photos. Any help is appreciated, thank you.

Thanks for reaching out to us. Your numbers don't match up with our Andersen codes. Can you write out the visible glass height for the bottom sash? That might help our search.

The visible glass of the lower sash is 34" tall by 36-7/16" wide. I did not see a stamp on the glass to determine if it was tempered or not.

Based on the dimensions, the two box balances you need for your large window are the 24-13L and the 24-13R. Take a look and see what you think.

Hello,
Thank you for the feedback on the 24-13L and 24-13R balancers; they worked out great.
I've got two other window sizes from the same building that I would like to see if you have a compatible Anderson balance. The visible glass height of the lower sash is 23 15/16", 27 15/16", and 35 15/16".
Your help is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

For the 36-7/16" wide by 23-15/16" high sash, see the 24-1033.

For the 36-7/16" wide by 27-15/16" high sash, see the 24-1231.

For the 36-7/16" wide by 35-15/16" high sash, see the 24-L10-1827 & the 24-R18-1227.

Thank you for the feedback. The width on the 23-15/16 and 27-15/16 is actually 32-7/16"; would this difference in width make a difference on the balancer type that you have noted?

For 32-7/16" wide by 23-15/16 high, see the 24-939.

For 32-7/16" wide by 27-15/16 high, see the 24-1133.
