Help finding this part

I got the item #23-026 from Swisco and it is not a match to the part in the picture . I need help finding this part. The swisco part is too small and the hook is on the wrong side. I looked the other parts on Swisco and they are different. Can someone help me please?

I recognize this part. We used to offer the original replacement, however, it was discontinued. It its now being suggested to use the 23-093 as a replacement. Look it over and let us know what you think.
