This top sash guide came off my window and I can't find it anywhere. It's broken so I'm unsure of the top square measurement. I ordered item number 18-172 and it is smaller than mine. Mine is about 3/4" thick where the one I ordered is 1/2". Please help!

Hello,

We have recommended the 18-172 as a possible replacement for top sash guides like yours in the past. To clarify, are you referring to the 19/32" backset of the top of the guide shown below, which measures 3/4" on your part?

That's what I already ordered from you and they are too small. ( I ordered 18-172) Do you have any other suggestions?
