I'm trying to figure out which parts I need to replace. The crank is working if I push it manually but missing the hane and the thing to attach handle to, see first picture. Plus missing cover.

Hello there. When that 'worm gear' pops out with the handle, it means the entire casement operator has broken down and should be replaced. We likely can help, but we need to see the entire mechanism from a bird's eye view, with the arm(s) in full view. We'll do our best to help from there.

Thanks for getting back to me. This looks like it might be the 39-156 Dual-Arm Operator. Just make sure the dimensions match what we show below. Let me know if anything is off. For a new handle and cover, see the 39-114L and 39-107 sold separately.
