Help identify Channel balance

Question

One channel balance is missing, the one remaining is broken.  It is a 28" - 1/2" - has a 1 1/8" shoe with 2720 stamped on the back. I think the 351 series is a match, but somehow it looks like the spring attachment to channel is somewhat different. Perhaps because it is non functional.  I would like to purchase a set, but need a little reassurance that it will work.

Disregarding the damaged spring and pulley system that you pointed out, it looks like you have either our S351-28, with a 15-002 bottom attachment, or S390-28, with a 15-001 bottom attachment. Take a look at the image below to determine which balance you'll need. You'll also need a 2720 spring strength option for your replacement balances. Thank you!
