Help identify Part

A quick learner says:

Please help me identify correct part for window. This is the second part ordered and clearly it is not correct- the crank handle is too big.

Any assistance will be greatly appreciated.

Hello,

The base arm of your operator looks like a match to our 39-187 casement operator. See the 39-188 for the opposite handed version. Both of these operators use the 39-114L handle. Take a look and thanks for posting!
