Help identify balance and top sash guide

Question

Will you please help me identify the correct replacement balance? I think the right match is a 29" Series 390 with 19-002 top and 15-002 shoe. Also, the old balance is stamped with "2810P" but the window weighs 16 pounds, so should I get the 2810 or 2820 option?

I also need new top sash guides and am having a hard time determining the correct replacement. (The old one in the pic is broken in two pieces and part of the top is missing, but hopefully you can tell from this.) Is 18-009 the correct replacement? Would 18-032 work? Something else? I would like for the replacement to be black if possible.

If you have a 19-002 top and 15-002 shoe, then our Series 351 would be the best match. If your sash is 16 pounds, go with our 2820 option.
