Help identify part

Question

The sash cord broke on one side of a slide up window. The plastic piece on one end is also broken. Need help identifying part.
Length: 30" (Metal Part only)Width: 0.5"Height: 0.5" (Slightly over 0.5" see attached picture)

Thanks for posting. See the S380-30, S385-30, or S378-30. Depending on the shoe depth, one of these channel balances is what you need. See below. For the stamp option go with 2940.
