Help identify parts needed for coil balance

I have what I believe to be Slocomb double hung, EFG-K-3 windows. I cannot remove the parts from the track yet since there is no cutout notch to remove them and will likely need a jam spreader. In the meantime can you confirm the parts I would need to replace a broken coil? It appears to be 1/2 inch wide and rated to 6 lbs.

Thanks for writing in! Your window balance reminds me of the S140-06. I'm confident it should be a match but we do suggest comparing the dimensions to be sure.

The compatible pivot bars are the 26-398 and 26-405.
