Help identify replacement hardware

Question

With my five hole configuration, are there any options if I change out everything including the matise lock mechanism. So basically what could I do just starting with the door (and no mechanisms or handles)?  You help is very much appreciated.

Thanks for posting! The mortise lock is sold separately from the set and there are quite different options that could be compatible with the handle style you have. That said, I would need to see the existing hardware to identify the correct replacement.

In the meantime, I believe you can use the 82-030 Sliding Patio Handle Set to replace the one you have. Carefully look over the dimensions below and compare them to determine if this is will be a fit for your door.
