Help identify so get correct parts.

I have Anderson windows in my home. Two of them right next to each other have loose strings. So I would need enough parts to replace two windows

Thanks for reaching out to us. Your balance appears to have the "1131" stamp printed on the installation tab. With that in mind I would suggest our 24-1133 as a replacement. This was designed by Andersen to replace all balances with your old stamp.
