Help identify the Channel Balance

Hello,
I have several broken channels for my windows. Can you help identify what kind is it? Looks like Series 351 by comparing the images but I am not sure.

Hello! Thanks for reaching out. Based on what I see here, you have either our Series 351, like you pointed out, or the Series 390. This depends on the depth of the bottom shoe, which is the only difference between them. I recommend measuring your shoe and referring to our dimensions to confirm the best match.
