Help identify unknown coil for Window sash balancer

Question

Please help me indentify the tape balance in the pics.  This is for replacing the coil in the  balancer of a double pane window.  24"&times;16".  Thank you.

Thanks for posting. This looks like a 15-180 Pivot Shoe, which works with Series 190 Coil Balance springs sold separately. Let me know if you have any questions about this hardware.
