Please help identify windows balance. Once identified I need to purchase 2 of those.

1. What is the length measurement of only the metal portion of your balance? Answer : 26 5/8"
2. Is this for a Non-Tilt Window or Tilt Window? Answer: window is not tilted.
3. What is the Stamp on your balance? (Please send a close and clear photo.) Answer: 26 5 BSI PL , please see image attached.
3. What is the Width of your balance? Answer : 1"
4. Does the top fitting have Tabs? (Please send a close and clear photo.) Answer: Not sure about this one. Please see images attached previously
5. Does the bottom fitting have Tabs? (Please send a close and clear photo.) Answer: Not sure about this one. Please see image attached

Hello! We can definitely supply this balance, but it has to be a custom order due to its configuration. What you have here is an "extended travel" type balance, named for its extra-long cord. The giveaway is the fact that the pulley wheel is built inside the shoe itself.
