My parents who live three hours away in Steubenville Ohio recently had a trouble with one of their windows and this is the part that the repairman said that they need to order online can you please help me identify

It's tough to tell what you have based on just a broken off chunk. My best guess would be the 15-192, but I cannot be sure this is accurate. Look it over and let me know what you think.
