Help identify window part

If you have Certainteed windows, take a look at the 15-192 pivot shoe, which uses the Series 170 and Series 171 coil springs. You'll need to remove your original balance hardware to compare to the specifications shown on our product pages. 

If you have Simonton windows, the 15-192 may not work for you and would likely require shaving down the front of the shoe. Even some customers with Certainteed windows have reported needing to make adaptations. For that reason, we came up with the conversion shown in the video below to replace all of the necessary balance hardware. Take a look and thanks for posting!
