Good morning,
Can you tell me what balances I need to replace the original ones in my Andersen Narroline 200 series windows? The balances are stamped with T2 12#31 7 87. They are also stamped with 11600-17. The windows were installed around 1987.

Thanks for posting. See the 24-1231. This can replace old Andersen balances with the stamp 12#31, or 1231.
