Help identifying Door handle and latch

Quick Learner from El Dorado Hills, Ca
Hi,
I'm having a hard time finding replacement parts for our Simonton sliding door latch and handles. It has recently started sticking when in the locked position and my kids are unable to open it on their own. Please take a look at the pictures below. Any help is appreciated!

Hello,

Thanks for contacting us! I'm happy to recommend a replacement for the handle set you have here but I'll need to confirm a few details to identify the best option. To start, please confirm the measurement for the distance between the installation holes, from center to center. I'll also need to see a photo of the exact position of the thumb lever.

The description of the issue you're having with the door leads be to believe that there may be an issue with the internal mortise lock. That said, I believe you may need the 82-239 Multi-Point Mortise Lock. It does come with its own keeper, however, we suggest using the 82-249 Sliding Glass Door Multi-Point Keeper to replace the one you have.

Carefully look over the dimensions below and compare them.

Thank you so much for the response! Do these pics help? If your recommendation is still accurate, I'll place the order as soon as I hear from you.

Thanks again!

Yes, the recommendation would be the same for the internal lock mechanism. The handle set reminds me of the 82-030 Sliding Patio Door Handle. You'll need to double check that your handle set has the same distance between the installation holes.
