Help identifying a sash spring assembly

A quick learner from USA says:
Dear Sirs

Could you help me identify the sash spring in the attached picture? It
is from a vinyl window with tilt sashes possibly in the late 80s or 90s.
I have two that have failed and need replacing.

Thanks
Dan

Hello, Dan! I've made a list of possible replacement parts you can consider, which can be viewed on the right side of this page. If you also need springs, see our Series 170 and Series 171 coil balances.
