Help identifying balance spring

Thanks for reaching out to us. I believe we can supply this balance, but it will have to be a custom order due to that stamp. The "86" you see printed at the beginning is a special indicator that tells me you have a unique block and tackle configuration.

Before we can go any further, can you tell me exactly how many you needed? Can you also verify the length of the metal channel? Based on your stamp of 29-4, it should be 30" long, but I wanted to be 100% sure.
