Help identifying balancer

Question

These are for non-tilt windows. 5/8" wide, 22" long, stamped 2140.
My guess would be 390 or 351 series.

Thanks for reaching out! Your guess is correct, you'll need either the S351-22 or the S390-22 to replace your balance. To determine which of these is the right series, you'll need to confirm the depth measurement of your bottom shoe.

You can use the 2140 stamp option which will support a sash weighing 15 to 23lbs.
