Help identifying balances

A handy person from Bowling Green Kentucky says:
I need to replace balances on some 35 year old gapco windows. The only picture I have is attached. From another window, I was able to locate a stamping on the balance from another window that said 23 C.
Can you help?

Bob from SWISCO responded:

Gapco windows often use our Series 351 Channel Balances--but I'd absolutely remove an undamaged balance and compare its specifications to see if this matches what you need. If so, you'd likely need an S351-24, with a stamp option of 2330.
