Hi — I’m trying to fix a window in my apartment that no longer stays up. One side of the internal mechanism completely fell out and the other side broke, so the window just drops when I try to open it.
I’ve attached photos of the broken parts. From what I can tell, these pieces came from inside the side track of the window and are part of the spring system that holds the window open.
Could you please help me figure out what replacement parts I need and what size or weight rating to order? Let me know if you need any additional measurements or photos. Thank you.

Hello,
Your photos resemble the 26-462 tilt latch. Review the specifications below to confirm if this is what you need.
Dimensions for 26-462
Additional dimensions for 26-462
If the support balances are broken, we'll need to see an intact version removed from the other side or an identical window to compare to our inventory. Thank you!
