Help identifying channel balance

Question

Metal balance channel width: 1/2"
Metal balance channel length: 23"
Close-up photos of both top and bottom balance fittings - Included
A photo of the fitting attached at the end of the balance cord - included
A photo of the balance channel stamp code. - There is no stamp. My window weighs 19.5lbs according to my bathroom scale.

I believe this is the "23" Series 380 Channel Balance" however it is not exact as there are hols in the side of the 380. Can you assist?

Thanks for reaching out to us. If the bottom shoe measures 1" deep, you'd want the S380-23 with the 2240 stamp option. A pair of these balances with the 2240 stamp will support a sash weighing 19 to 23 pounds.

The number of "holes" on the side of the channel doesn't matter though so you should be good to go if the specifications match up.
