Help identifying correct pivot shoes for spiral tilt balance

Question

I need to replace four spiral tilt balances - 25 in, 5/8th width - and I also need to replace the shoes but I don't know how to figure out which ones are correct. Additionally, I need to buy replacement parts that are fixed to the underside of the window pane and sit in the pivot shoes. I have attached a picture of the piece for the bottom pane, but I do not know what that part looks like for the upper pane.

Thanks for reaching out to us. If the outer tube diameter is 5/8", I'd recommend the S600-25 spiral balance. We'd be happy to help with the pivot shoe and pivot bar but I'm afraid they're too obscured when installed. Can you remove both and show us some photos? We'd also like you to write out the thickness and width of the pivot shoe. Those details will allow us to narrow down some options.
