Help identifying correct rollers for sliding glass door

The sliding glass door in the home we recently bought is extremely hard to open and close. I am planning to clean the tracks and replace the rollers. Is it possible to identify the correct roller without taking the door off (so that I don't have to so that twice)? The MFR code on the sticker is SI-1, which appears to be company called Solar Industries in Tucson AZ. The home is in Oakland CA. Solar Industries doesn't have any information that I could find for replacement parts. The numbers from the right section of the label are SGD-R15-95x96. Series MF-2. Is it possible to tell which rollers I will need? Thanks in advance for any help you can provide.

Hello,
Unfortunately, the information you've provided will not tell us the rollers that are currently in your door. We will need to see a photo of the current rollers removed to match up a replacement, which we realize in inconvenient but is the only reliable way for us to narrow down your options. Thanks for posting.

Hi - Thanks for your response. That's what I was afraid of! After a week of warm weather it has unexpectedly started raining, so I'll wait 'til it dries up then take a picture. I appreciate the help.
