Help identifying manufacturer of sliding door

Hi,

I'm trying to identify the manufacturer of my sliding doors. I've attached a photo of the door handle. I've look for some kind of identifier everywhere on the door and the only thing I could find was a stamp identifying the glass (which I've also attached).

I want to overhaul the doors with fresh sliding mechanisms and whatnot.

Thanks for posting! There is a chance we may be able to provide you with a replacement solution for the patio handle set you have here but I'll need a few more details to confirm.

To start, please confirm the distance between the installation holes, from center to center. Also, is there any internal hardware the door interacts with? If so, it would be helpful to see that as well.
