I'm trying to identify the correct replacement for this top sash guide.

The height is 1 7/16"
The width of the top is 13/16"
The depth of the top is 7/16"

I'm afraid I couldn't find an exact match for this top sash guide. The closest we have, in terms of shape, is our 18-166. This may work for you but I would carefully go over each dimension we have. The measurements are close to yours but still a little different. See what you think.
