Help identifying my balance

Question

I have a 26-4 27" which looks to match either an S380 or S385. My bottom show measures just under 1" so assuming S380. Also, I need a top cam replacement?? It's the part that screw into the window frame. See picture of broken and intact to see what I mean.

I'm not sure if you need a Series 380 or Series 385, either. The only difference between them is the depth. Note that your photo shows you measuring the width, not the depth. The width is the same for both. Perhaps the diagram below will help.

As for the top sash guide, yours isn't made anymore. You can use the 18-171 but it will require cutting the top end down to size so that it will fit in the space available.
