Help identifying needed parts

A home owner from Jersey city says:
These are photos of parts i think are needed to fix my windows. These windows will not stay up when opened.

Hello,

For your tilt latches, you can start by comparing our 26-266 and 26-267 to an undamaged part. As for your coil balance, we can't say for sure what you need without seeing it uninstalled with dimensions but take a look at our 15-187 coil housing, which uses our S180 coil springs. Look over the product specifications and replated items to see if this could work for you. Thanks for posting!
