Help identifying older Truth casement window operators

I am a contractor repairing several vinyl casement windows for a customer. At least three of the operators are no longer pulling the sash completely closed. When the crank is turned, the internal gears appear to slip or fail to catch properly under load.

The operator arms are marked “TRUTH.” I have not found any additional model or part numbers on the exposed hardware.

I would like to replace the complete operators rather than replace the windows. Attached are photos of one of the affected windows and its operating mechanism.

Can you help identify the appropriate replacement operator, including the corresponding left and right hand versions if applicable?

If these photos are not sufficient, please let me know exactly which additional photos and measurements you need. I can return to the property and obtain them.

It sounds like the operator gears are stripped. This is common and a natural end to their lifespan.

I'm confident that we sell a replacement for this operator, but the end of the arm is obscured in all your photos. Seeing the design of the guide at the end of that arm is an essential detail, so we'll need that before we recommend anything. Seeing it detached is an essential step of this process.

Hi Tom, thank you for the instructions on disconnecting the arm and taking additional pictures. I was able to do that.
I also noticed that the clip/latch system appears to be broken, so that may need to be replaced as well. Hopefully the additional pictures provide enough information to identify the correct parts.
I will need two of each side. Please let me know if you need any additional pictures or measurements from me, and thank you again for your help with this.

Perfect, thanks! I'm very confident that the operator you want is our 39-253LB. We also sell the 39-253RB for the opposite side, as well as the 39-529 guide, and 39-452 and 39-451 covers. Note that you can reuse the guide and covers if they can be reused and swapped to the new operators.

Hi Tom, thank you again for helping me identify these parts. I’m ready to place the order and just want to make sure I get everything correct.

I also recommend checking to make sure your old operator covers are actually removable, first. If they're older then they may be permanently affixed to the base. Just something to keep in mind.

Hi Tom, thank you. I have a few follow-up questions before I place the order.

I don’t see a link to the online order page in the thread. Could you please send me the link where I can order the parts we identified?

Also, regarding the existing covers, how can I tell whether they are removable or permanently attached to the operator? Is there something specific I should look for before ordering?

If I order the parts and end up not using some of them, are unused parts returnable? If so, are there any restocking fees or other costs involved besides return shipping?

One unrelated question: does SWISCO also help identify replacement drawer or cabinet sliding hardware? For example, I have a pull-out trash can system with damaged sliders, and I’m trying to locate compatible replacements.

All products mentioned are linked to in both your responses and my own. They're the blue underlined numbers. There's no special order page or anything, you just buy them directly from our catalog.

In regards to the operator covers, if they CAN be removed then you can do so by hand. They just pop off. It should be obvious if it's possible or not. Basically if you feel any resistance beyond a slight bend in the plastic then they're probably permanently affixed.

We do sell a variety of drawer and cabinet hardware, but I admit that trash can holders are a bit beyond our wheelhouse, so to speak. Those tend to use specialty hardware beyond the typical cabinet sliders you see. To be honest I'm not sure why that is, but it's a trend I've noticed. They can be particular. I'm still happy to look at them if you wish, I just don't want to get your hopes up.
