Hello! I have a small window that won't stay up and I'm looking for help getting replacement parts for both sides. The coil has a marking that looks like #4 5. The bottom has what appears to be 95 and D. The top part has the following engraved on the back:

Here's the left side. It's similar but the number is more visible as #4.5.

Hi Marshall,
Thanks for writing in. Your balance shoe seems to be a match for the 15-263 Titan Coil Balance Pivot Shoe. These are compatible with the Series 196 Coil Balance. Since yours are marked with a #4.5, you'll need the S196-4; be sure to double check that both coils have this marking.
The coil support can be replaced with the 15-260 Titan Dual Support.
